Getting quality sleep is essential to help you revive and be at your best every day. Salesforce has partnered with the sleep experts at Sleepio to help you unlock the best sleep of your life.
Sleepio is a digital sleep improvement program using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). CBT trains people to address the mental (or cognitive) factors associated with insomnia, such as overcoming worry and other negative emotions that impact your ability to sleep.
You can access Sleepio wherever and whenever—on your computer, tablet, or phone. You’ll also gain access to a library of articles and guides that cover common problem areas, like pregnancy and sleep, shift work, jet lag, and menopause.

We offer an optional, add-on comprehensive legal service through a MetLife Legal Plan. Each month, a modest subscription fee is automatically deducted from your pay to provide you with:

Building a regular meditation practice can help you build resilience and reduce stress to help you thrive. To encourage this practice, many of our offices are equipped with dedicated mindfulness zones where employees can go throughout the day to refocus.
Each zone is a specially designed calming space equipped with meditation cushions and blankets. At least one zone in each office is also equipped with guided meditations that play throughout the day, in case you’re new to meditation.

Working in an office often means sitting at a desk all day, which can cause tension in your body. We encourage you to keep moving by using a treadmill desk, available in many of our offices, and visiting your onsite Wellbeing HQ, available in select locations.
Wellbeing HQ can be found in San Francisco, Hillsboro, Indianapolis, and Salt Lake City:

- Hillsboro—Showers, 1st floor; Wellness Studio, 4th floor
- Indianapolis—Gibson, 1st floor

Depending on your location, your Wellbeing HQ may include:
